- HMR 1556是色氨醇衍生物,是一种有效的IKs阻滞剂,在犬和豚鼠的左心室肌细胞中的IC50值分别为10.5 nM、34 nM;体外研究显示其在犬左心室肌细胞中对Ito、ICa,L和IKr的抑制IC50分别为33.9 μM、27.5 μM、12.6 μM,应用于生命科学领域的生物活性研究。
