- 麦冬皂苷A是一种存在于Ophiopogon japonicus中的类固醇。Ophiopogonin A剂量依赖性地抑制失血性休克(HS)诱导的组织损伤和细胞凋亡;剂量依赖性地促进HS肾组织和缺氧处理的HK-2细胞中ERK的磷酸化。
