- 色谱标准品;中草药成分;制药;用于含量测定/鉴定/药理实验等。可作为高效液相色谱结合蒸发光散射检测测定高丽红参中人参皂苷Rg5的参考标准,具有抗炎作用,可显著抑制LPS诱导活化的小神经胶质细胞表达iNOs和前炎症细胞因子,在人视网膜细胞中可诱导Nrf2激活,抑制UV诱导的氧化损伤,在小鼠视网膜光诱导损伤模型中可减轻a-和b-波振幅下降。
