- 噻托溴铵是一种抗胆碱能药物,也是长效抗毒蕈碱药物,对毒蕈碱受体亚型M1至M5有相似亲合性,通过抑制呼吸道平滑肌M3受体舒张支气管,用于慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)治疗;噻托溴铵杂质为其生产或储存过程产生的杂质。
