- 生命科学领域,作为选择性真核细胞蛋白质合成抑制剂;生物活性方面,通过诱导破骨细胞凋亡抑制骨吸收,对肿瘤细胞系有抗增殖活性,具有抗真菌活性;体外研究中,0.3-30 μM浓度下作用24小时可诱导破骨细胞凋亡;体内研究中,20 mg/kg剂量、每日两次静脉注射给药3天,可显著减少破骨细胞数量且不影响成骨细胞数量。
