- PK-THPP 是一种有效的 TASK-3 离子通道阻滞剂(对于 TASK-3 和 TASK-1,IC50s 分别为 35 nM 和 300 nM)。PK-THPP 增加大鼠的呼吸频率并诱导呼吸性碱中毒。
