- 用途
- 作为酶活化剂,用于啤酒生产中制麦芽时活化和增加α-淀粉酶的形成;作为植物生长激素使用,最大残留量同赤霉酸(FDA,§180.1089,2000);可安全用于食品(FDA,§172.725,2000);鉴别试验:试样溶于硫酸2ml得带绿色荧光的红色溶液,10%试样液钾盐试验(IT-27)阳性;含量分析:通过与赤霉酸参比标准对比,按公式计算赤霉酸钾含量;化学性质:白色至微白色无臭结晶性粉末,溶于水、乙醇和酮类,5%水溶液pH约6,有潮解性
