- 3-咖啡酰奎尼酸甲酯为苯丙烯酸类化合物,可应用于有机合成中;是Pyrrosia calvata的一种成分,研究证实这类化合物普遍存在顺式双键和反式双键两种异构体,一般反式异构体大量存在,而顺式异构体含量较低。
