- 生命科学领域,作为α-葡萄糖苷酶I抑制剂,用于体外抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶I(IC50=1.27 μM),在HIV感染细胞中积累糖基化寡糖,抑制HIV-1(IC50=2.0±2.3 μM)、BVDV(IC50=16 μM和47 μM)、DENV2(EC50=0.2 μM)等病毒复制;体内用于保护AG129小鼠免受登革病毒感染,剂量50 mg/kg BID给药5天有效,可快速代谢为castanospermine。
