- 化学合成;作为G蛋白偶联受体39(GPR39)的激动剂,在Zn²⁺存在下对人和鼠GPR39的EC50值分别为9 nM和5 nM,无Zn²⁺时分别为280 nM和180 nM;体外研究显示其对GPR39激活效能高,且ADME性质良好,在pH 7.0时水溶性65 μM,能增加生长抑素释放53%。
