- 酸浆果红素是一种枸杞衍生的类胡萝卜素,具有抗炎和抗氧化应激作用;Zeaxanthin dipalmitate 与 p2X7 受体 (Kd=81.2 nM) 和脂联素受体 1 (AdipoR1; Kd=533 nM) 以正剂量依赖性方式直接相互作用;Zeaxanthin dipalmitate 恢复乙醇中毒抑制的线粒体自噬功能;可用于酒精性脂肪肝(AFLD)、色素性视网膜炎(RP)的研究。
