- 用途
- 噻托溴铵一水合物是抗胆碱药,支气管扩张剂及毒蕈碱受体拮抗剂,在豚鼠和人气道中具有抗胆碱能神经引起的收缩作用,起效比atropine或ipratropium bromide慢,能抑制AM、MonoMac6和A549细胞释放趋化物质,抑制PBMC产生Th2型细胞因子,在急性和慢性哮喘小鼠模型中降低气道炎症和Th2型细胞因子产生,降低杯状细胞转化、气道平滑肌厚度和纤维化,减少过敏性哮喘豚鼠模型中气道平滑肌质量、肌球蛋白表达和收缩,在COPD豚鼠模型中废除LPS诱导的中性粒细胞、杯状细胞、胶原沉积和muscularised微血管增加(对肺气肿无影响)。
