实验步骤:向4-溴-3-氟 - 苯胺(40.0g,211.6mmol)的乙酸(520mL)溶液中缓慢加入25℃的N-碘琥珀酰亚胺(57.14g,253.9mmol)。搅拌混合物。 将反应混合物倒入冰水中并过滤。剩余物在真空中干燥,得到4-溴-5-氟-2-碘 - 苯胺,为棕色固体(60g,90%)。
