实验步骤：一般步骤：向0-5°的100mL干燥甲醇中的5g D-氨基酸悬浮液中滴加8-10mL亚硫酰氯，将混合物搅拌2小时，在20-22°保持24小时。 在30-40°真空下蒸发溶剂，将残余物与无水乙醚混合，过滤，干燥，并从甲醇 - 乙醚混合物中重结晶。 D-缬氨酸甲酯盐酸盐。 产率75％，mp155-156°。 -15±1°（1.0，EtOH）。 Literaturedata [14]： - 15.5±2°（2.0,2）。 IR（，cm-1）：1730,1575。
