合成条件:With iron; ammonium chloride In ethanol; water at 70℃; for 2 h;
实验步骤:N 2 - (4-氯苯基)苯-1,2-二胺为EtOH(100ml)和NH 4 Cl饱和溶液(15ml),N-(4-氯苯基)-2-硝基苯胺(5.0g,20.1mmol)的混合物 加入铁粉(4.0g)。 将反应混合物在70℃下加热2小时。 过滤固体,通过EA(100mL×3)萃取滤液,经Na 2 SO 4干燥。 除去溶剂后,通过Combi-flash(PE:EA = 5:1)纯化混合物,得到N1-(4-氯苯基)苯-1,2-二胺(4.1g,93.2%),为浅黄色固体。。 LRMS(M + H +)m / z计算值218.06;实测值:218.06。 1H NMR(300MHz,CD3OD):δ6.52-6.59(m,3H),6.70-6.74(m,1H),6.81-6.87(m,1H),6.90-6.99(m,3H)。
