实验步骤:中间体11A.4-溴-1-甲氧基-2-硝基苯:4-溴-1-甲氧基-2-硝基苯(2.00g,8.62mmol),锌(5.64g,86.0mmol)的混合物 将氯化铵(4.61g,86.0mmol)的乙醇(65mL)溶液在室温下搅拌2小时。 然后将反应用EtOAc稀释,通过CELITE过滤,并蒸发,得到中间体11A(1.74g,100%),为灰白色固体。 LCMS(ESI)m / z 202,204(M + H,M + 2 + H)+,RT = 0.70min(方法J)。
