- 化学合成;作为重金属螯合剂(如TPEN),可透过细胞负调控NO和Zn2+信号转导诱导NB4细胞凋亡,潜在用于急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)治疗;体外研究中用于螯合镉、汞和甲基汞,降低细胞内重金属阳离子引起的fura-2荧光变化;靶向结肠癌细胞通过铜的氧化还原循环,降低细胞活力,依赖ATM/ATR信号通路及铜螯合作用。
