- 恩替卡韦一水合物是抗乙肝病毒药物,适用于病毒复制活跃、血清转氨酶ALT持续升高或肝脏组织学显示有活动性病变的慢性成人乙型肝炎治疗,对拉米夫定耐药病毒株有效,长期应用耐药发生率低,可降低北美土拨鼠和鸭的肝炎病毒DNA水平,对HIV无临床相关活性。
