- 原料:噻吩并[3,2-b]噻吩(2.01g,购自Tokyo Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.)、N-溴代琥珀酰亚胺(NBS,6.10g,2.4当量)、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF,30mL)
- 条件:在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,20℃(室温)反应
- 步骤:将噻吩并[3,2-b]噻吩与DMF加入反应瓶,室温搅拌至完全溶解;缓慢加入NBS;通过薄层色谱(TLC)监测至原料完全消失;加入正己烷和去离子水萃取,分离有机相;依次用去离子水和饱和食盐水洗涤有机相;经无水硫酸钠干燥后减压蒸馏除去溶剂
- 收率:99%
- 产物:白色固体2,5-二溴噻吩并[3,2-b]噻吩
