路线1:1,4-二氧杂螺[4.5]茚-7-烯-8-三氟甲磺酸酯与硼酸频哪醇酯反应
- 步骤:将1,4-二氧杂螺[4.5]茚-7-烯-8-三氟甲磺酸酯(500mg,1.73mmol)、1,4-二恶烷(8mL)、乙酸钾(260mg,2.64mmol)、硼酸频哪醇酯(530mg,2.08mmol)、Pd(dppf)Cl₂(130mg,0.17mmol)依次加入,氮气保护下110℃反应10小时;过滤、浓缩后经柱色谱(石油醚/乙酸乙酯=2/1)纯化,得540mg黄色油状物。
