路线1:以4-溴异喹啉为原料合成4-溴-5-硝基异喹啉
- 步骤:将硝酸钾(5.34g; 0.052mol)加入到20mL浓硫酸中并通过小心加热缓慢溶解;在0℃下将所得溶液滴加到溶解在40mL相同酸中的4-溴异喹啉(10g,0.048mol)的溶液中;除去冷却浴后,将溶液在室温下搅拌1小时;将反应混合物倒入碎冰(400g)中并用氢氧化铵调至碱性;过滤收集所得黄色沉淀,滤液用乙醚(3×500mL)萃取,干燥(Na₂SO₄),浓缩,得到黄色固体,将其与初始沉淀物合并;用甲醇重结晶,得到目标产物。
- 条件:0-20℃;反应时间1小时。
- 产率:89%。
