路线1:4,4-双-(2-乙基己基)-4H-环戊二烯并[2,1-b;3,4-b']二噻吩的合成
- 原料:环戊联噻吩(1.5g,0.00843mol)、DMSO(50mL)、KOH(1.89g,0.0337mol)、碘化钠(50mg)、2-乙基己基溴(3.25g,0.0169mol)
- 步骤:将环戊联噻吩溶解于DMSO中,氮气吹扫后依次加入KOH、碘化钠和2-乙基己基溴,氮气下搅拌16小时;反应后加水,用叔丁基甲基醚萃取,有机层经硫酸镁干燥、浓缩,残余物以己烷为洗脱液柱色谱纯化,合并纯级分浓缩、真空干燥得产物
- 产物性状:无色油状物
- 收率:79%(2.68g)
- 表征:1H NMR(CDCl3,250MHz):δ 7.13(m,2H),6.94(m,2H),1.88(m,4H),0.94(m,16H),0.78(t,J=6.4Hz,6H),0.61(t,J=7.3Hz,6H)
