Adoprazine (SLV313) is a 5-HT 1A receptor full agonist with pEC50 9 at h5-HT1A receptor, and D2/D3 receptor full antagonist with pA2 9.3 (hD2) and 8.9 (hD3). It has non-typical antipsychotic features, used in life sciences research. In vitro, it has high affinity for hD2, hD3, hD4, 5-HT2B, 5-HT1A receptors (pKi 8.4, 8.4, 8.0, 7.9, 9.1). In vivo, it increases dopamine and reduces 5-HT in nucleus accumbens in a dose/time-dependent manner in rats.
