- 步骤:将甲醇(50ml)在恒温槽中冷却至-5℃,滴加亚硫酰氯(5ml,68.9mmol);分小份加入3,4-二羟基-L-苯丙氨酸(10.0g,50.7mmol),搅拌5分钟;将混合物温热至室温,加热至50℃,搅拌14小时;浓缩反应溶液。
- 条件:温度范围-5 - 50℃;反应时间14小时。
- 产率:100%(收率定量)。
- 产物:得到DOPA-OMe盐酸盐(14.3g,57.7mmol),为油状物。
