• 步骤: 将硬脂酸1845、二甲苯搅拌混合后，在搅拌抽真空状态下加入氢氧化钴；氢氧化钴加入后，升温至85～95℃蒸馏排出二甲苯和水；升温至165～175℃保持60分钟后进行减压蒸馏，真空度从-0.01MPa降至-0.08MPa并保持120分钟完成反应，产物可进一步造粒。
• 条件: 造粒冷却温度25～35℃，采用回转带式冷凝造粒机造粒。
