Cyclohexanone peroxide is an organic peroxide (UN 3103-3106). It is explosive when heated, contaminated, or exposed to reducing agents. Causes severe skin burns, eye damage, and respiratory irritation. Toxic if swallowed. May ignite combustibles. Store in cool, ventilated areas away from oxidizable materials. Use PPE including SCBA and chemical-resistant clothing. DOT labels as Organic Peroxide.

路线1：

• 条件: 环己酮与双氧水摩尔比1:1，盐酸浓度2mol/L，反应温度≤30℃，收率未明确。

路线2：

• 步骤: 环己酮（10mol）冰浴冷却至5℃以下，加入双氧水（10mol），升温至40℃后冷却至15℃以下，加入盐酸（2mol/L），反应放热至约30℃，冷却抽滤，水洗后用NaOH中和至pH6，抽滤水洗干燥。
• 条件: 环己酮与双氧水摩尔比1:1，盐酸体积200mL，收率85%89%，熔点7779℃。
