In PANC-1 cells, 0-5 μM for 5 days causes dose-dependent PDX1 protein increase; 0-10 μM for 9 days increases insulin mRNA, with BRD7552 acting FOXA2-dependently, increasing H3 acetylation and H3K4me3, decreasing H3K9me3.
