医药：治疗皮肤软组织感染、传染性肺炎、医院获得性肺炎、心内膜炎、菌血症及脓毒血症等；动物饲料：用于猪饲料（10-20g/t）、16周龄以下鸡饲料（2-5g/t），产蛋期禁用，促进氨基酸和磷吸收，改进饲料转化率，防止细菌性下痢（如猪赤痢、鸡坏死性肠炎），无耐药性。
