合成条件：With iodine; sodium hydroxide In water at 20℃; for 16 h;
实验步骤：步骤A：将6-甲基吡啶-3-醇（0.5g，4.58mmol）溶解在NaOH水溶液（4.5mL，1M，4.5mmol）中。 向该溶液中加入碘（1.28g，5.2mmol）并将混合物在室温下搅拌过夜。 将混合物用HCl水溶液（2M）中和至pH~7。 形成白色沉淀，过滤收集。 将固体用水洗涤并干燥，得到2-碘-6-甲基吡啶-3-醇（0.8g，50％）。 MS m / z 236.0 [M + H] +。
