• 步骤: 向含0.58g（0.78mmol）1,3,6,8-四（4-（甲氧基羰基）苯基）芘的250mL圆底烧瓶中加入含1.5g（37.5mmol）NaOH的100mL THF/水（1:1）混合液，回流搅拌过夜；真空除溶剂，加水得黄色溶液，室温搅拌2小时后用浓HCl调pH至1，过滤收集黄色固体，水洗；粗产物经DMF重结晶、氯仿洗涤、真空干燥得产物。
