ARL67156 trisodium salt hydrate is an ecto-ATPase inhibitor, weak competitive NTPDase1 (CD39), NTPDase3 and NPP1 inhibitor (Ki 11, 18, 12 μM), prevents aortic valve calcification in vivo. Used in chemical synthesis and life sciences, inhibits UTP breakdown by superior cervical ganglion cells, potentiates contractions in rat tail artery; pre-treatment (2 mg/kg i.p.) in C57BL/6 mice prevents FBP-induced serum adenosine increase.
