实验步骤:具体操作:将127g化合物4,182g双硼酸酯,45g 1,1'-双(二苯基膦基)二茂铁二氯化钯(dppf氯化铯)和180g乙酸钾加入2L 1,4-二恶烷中, 将混合物在氮气下回流3小时,冷却至室温,过滤并浓缩,得到粗化合物5.将粗化合物5溶于500ml石油醚中并搅拌1小时。 ,过滤,在50℃下真空干燥,得到110g化合物6,产率89.5%。
