实验步骤:例27;(4S,7R,8S,9S,13Z,16S(Z)) - 4,8-二羟基-16-(1-氟-2-(2-甲基恶唑-4-基)乙烯基)-7-(丙-2--in-1-基)-1-氧杂5,5,9,13四甲基环十六-13-烯-2,6-二酮; 例27a;4-(2- Methyloxazolyl) - 甲醛; 将36.6g(236mmol)4-(2-甲基恶唑基) - 羧酸乙酯在795ml无水二氯甲烷中的溶液在干燥氩气氛下冷却至-78℃,与378ml 1.0混合。 二异丁基氢化铝在正己烷中的摩尔溶液,再搅拌1小时。 将其与96ml异丙醇,160ml水混合,加热至23℃并搅拌直至形成细粒沉淀。 过滤并除去溶剂后,分离出24.7g(222mmol,94%)标题化合物,为浅黄色油状物。 1H-NMR(CDCl3):δ= 2.53(3H),8.17(1H),9.90(1H)ppm。
