实验步骤:实施例13:2-(2-溴-4-(三氟甲基)苯氧基)乙酸叔丁酯(15)a)将4.8ml溴(92.6mmol,1eq。)在50ml DCM中的溶液滴加到15g的溶液中 在室温下,在200ml DCM中加入4-(三氟甲基)苯酚(92.6mmol,1当量)。 将混合物搅拌过夜,然后用Na 2 Cl水溶液和盐水洗涤,干燥,真空蒸发,得到20g(90%)2-溴-4-(三氟甲基)苯酚(14),HPLC纯度为90%。
