实验步骤:如下制备化合物编号103(即,6-氯-5-(3-氯苯基)-2-三氟甲基硫代苯并咪唑)。 吹扫50mL圆底烧瓶并用惰性氮气氛保持。 将5-氯-2-硝基苯胺(10g,57.95mmol,1.00当量),乙酸(100mL)和NIS(13g,57.78mmol,1.00当量)置于烧瓶中。 将所得溶液在50℃下在油浴中搅拌3小时。 将所得溶液倒入300mL H 2 O中。 过滤收集固体。 用200mL(饱和)碳酸氢钠和3×200mL H 2 O洗涤固体。 这样得到17g(88%)5-氯-4-碘-2-硝基苯胺,为黄色固体。
