实验步骤:将I-44a(<228mmol,来自先前反应的粗产物)在乙醇(300mL)中的溶液用35%过氧化氢水溶液(100mL)处理,然后用浓缩的氨水溶液(300mL)处理。将反应混合物搅拌48小时 在室温下,然后用饱和硫代硫酸钠水溶液(800mL)淬灭。 真空除去乙醇,得到固体,过滤分离,用水(2×200mL)和乙醚(2×150mL)洗涤,得到I-45a(31g,147mmol)。 从试剂4到I-45a的这两个步骤的产率为64%。 ES I-MS(Mi-i):211计算值。 C9H14N4O2:210.1
