合成条件:With N-Bromosuccinimide In N,N-dimethyl-formamide at 80℃; for 2.50 h;
实验步骤:将1H-吡唑并[3,4-d]嘧啶-4-胺(20.0g,148.0mmol)和N-溴代琥珀酰亚胺(27.7g,155.4mmol)悬浮于DMF(400ml)中,加热至80℃,保持2.5小时。。 冷却至室温后,用水淬灭反应(滴加,800ml)。 过滤沉淀物并悬浮在饱和Na 2 SO 3溶液(100ml)中。 过滤固体,用水(3×100ml)和冷乙醇(2×50ml)洗涤。 真空干燥后,得到3-溴-1H-吡唑并[3,4-d]嘧啶-4-胺,为米色固体(22.7g,105.9mmol,72%)。
