合成条件:With acetic acid; sodium nitrite In dichloromethane; water at 0℃;
实验步骤:将26.2g亚硝酸钠溶于588ml水中,加入60ml二氯甲烷,冷却至0℃,然后加入(37g,0.136mol)化合物2,加入乙酸(18.67ml,0.326mol)。滴。 当气体逸出停止时,萃取二氯甲烷,有机相用碳酸钾溶液洗涤。用硫酸镁干燥后,旋转出有机溶剂,用乙醚重结晶,得到化合物3(33.45g,91%)。
