实验步骤:将氧化锰(IV)(5微米)活化(38.1g,439mmol)加入到化合物223(16.73g,87.8mmol)的氯仿(800mL)溶液中。 将反应物搅拌过夜,通过硅藻土过滤,将滤液真空浓缩,得到化合物224(13.7g,82.8%收率)。 1H NMR(500MHz,CDCl3)δ10.31(s,1H)8.88(s,1H)2.65(s,2H)ppm。
