合成条件:With N-Bromosuccinimide In N,N-dimethyl-formamide at 0 - 20℃;
实验步骤:化合物2N-溴代琥珀酰亚胺(5.87g,33mmol)的合成在0℃下逐渐加入到化合物1(Aldrich,2.94g,15mmol)在脱水DMF(60mL)中的溶液中。将混合物加热 室温下搅拌过夜,然后倒入水中,取出形成的沉淀。 将其用甲醇洗涤并在氯仿/甲醇中重结晶,得到化合物2的灰白色晶体(产率:5.14g,97%).1 H NMR(500MHz,CDCl 3):δ7.28(s,2H)。
