合成条件:With iodine; silver sulfate In ethanol at 20℃; for 0.75 h;
实验步骤:2-氨基-4-氯-5-碘苯甲酸甲酯; 向碘(68g,0.27mol)和硫酸银(84g,0.27mol)在无水EtOH(2.5L)中的混合物中加入2-氨基-4-氯苯甲酸甲酯(50g,0.27mol)。 将反应混合物在室温下搅拌45分钟。 然后将反应混合物通过Celite垫过滤。 浓缩滤液。 将残余物溶于EtOAc(2L)中并用饱和NaHCO 3水溶液(3×400mL),水(3×400mL)和盐水洗涤。 将有机溶液用Na 2 SO 4干燥,过滤并浓缩,得到2-氨基-4-氯-5-碘苯甲酸甲酯(85g,99%)。
