合成条件:at 20℃; Inert atmosphere; Cooling with ice
实验步骤:取2-氨基 - 苄胺(6.0g,49.2mmol)溶于二氯甲烷,N2保护,在冰浴下搅拌,滴加(Boc)2O(10.7g,49.2mmol)的二氯甲烷溶液。升温至室温 反应完成后,依次用蒸馏水洗涤反应溶液,用饱和盐水洗涤,用无水硫酸钠干燥,抽滤,减压蒸馏除去溶剂,然后搅拌过夜。 中间体5,10.5g,收率96.2%。
