实验步骤:将溶解在无水乙酸乙酯(100mL)中的月桂酸(12.0g,60mmol)加入到N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺(NHS)(6.9g,60mmol)和N,N'-二环己基碳二亚胺(DCC)的溶液中(12.4g) ,在无水乙酸乙酯(300mL)中的60mmol)。 将反应混合物在室温下放置过夜。 过滤除去二环己基脲(DCU),减压蒸发滤液,得到白色晶体(17.4g,95%收率)。 用乙醇重结晶,得到16.6g纯的十二烷酸2,5-二氧代 - 吡咯烷-1-基酯。
