合成条件:at 20℃; for 3 h;
实验步骤:首先将腺嘌呤(40g)加入烧瓶中,在机械搅拌下加入液体溴(107ml),加入过程缓慢,然后在室温下搅拌3小时;反应完成后,过量的液体溴 通过加入亚硫酸氢钠溶液除去反应液,用氨水将反应液调节至中性,使白色粉末状固体沉淀。 过滤,固体用冰水洗涤,得到8-溴腺嘌呤,淡黄色固体54g,收率85.7%;
