合成条件:at 20℃; for 2 h;
实验步骤:通用程序:将SOCl 2(21.8mL,0.3mol)和(S) - 丙氨酸((S)-19,8.91g,0.1mol)加入到CH 3 OH(100mL)中并将混合物在室温下搅拌2小时。 真空除去溶剂,将残余物溶于甲醇(30mL)中,再次真空除去有机溶剂。 该过程重复两次。 无色无定形固体,熔点103℃(参考39℃98-99℃),产量14.3g(> 99%)。
