实验步骤:在氩气氛下,称取4-溴 - 联苯47.0g(201.6mmol),碘23. 0g(90.6mmol),高碘酸氢二钠9. 4g(41.2mmol),加水42ml,360ml乙酸 ,11毫升硫酸,65℃,搅拌30分钟,至90℃再搅拌6小时。反应后,将反应混合物注入冰水中,过滤。 用水洗涤后,再用甲醇洗涤,得到67.0g白色固体(收率93%)。
