实验步骤:一般步骤:将三氟甲磺酸(3eq。)温和地加入到冷却的(0℃)3-苯基丙酸(0.5mmol)的无水CH 2 Cl 2(1.0mL)在12mL Q-tube TM压力管中的溶液中。 ,由QLabtech提供。 将温度升至室温。 将Teflon隔膜置于管的顶部,并使用合适的帽和压力适配器。 将混合物在80℃的油浴中加热。 通过TLC和GC / MS监测反应直至反应物消失。 将混合物倒入冰中,用CH 2 Cl 2萃取三次。 收集的有机相用Na 2 SO 4干燥,过滤并真空浓缩。 通过快速色谱法从粗产物中分离出所需的纯产物。
