实验步骤:4-氯喹啉-3-羧酸乙酯(A2); 向固体的4-羟基喹啉-3-羧酸乙酯(A1)(1.5g,7mmol)中加入POCl 3(2.2g,1.3mL,14mmol)并将混合物在110℃加热20分钟。 将混合物倒入NH 3(水溶液,28-30%)和冰中,然后搅拌至粒状。 将熔化的冰混合物用乙醚(3×40mL)萃取,将合并的有机层干燥(MgSO 4),过滤并浓缩,得到油状产物,其在静置时结晶(1.44g,6mmol,87%),原样使用 进一步净化。
