实验步骤:向4-氰基-2-甲基苯甲酸甲酯(4.0g,22.83mmol)的CCl 4(150mL)溶液中加入NBS(4.88g,27.4mmol),将悬浮液在80℃加热5分钟。。 加入AIBN(1.88g,11.42mmol)并将悬浮液在80℃下搅拌16小时,冷却至室温并过滤。 浓缩滤液,得到粗产物,将其在硅胶上用EA /石油醚纯化,从0%至5%,得到2-(溴甲基)-4-氰基苯甲酸甲酯(3.84g,66.9%收率),为白色固体。
