合成条件：With Iodine monochloride In acetic acid at 10℃; for 3 h; Heating / reflux
实验步骤：用一氯化碘（1.67g，10.3mmol，1.01当量）处理4-氨基吡啶（O 970g，10。3mmol）在20mL乙酸中的溶液，得到大量的N-IODO中间体沉淀物。 将所得混合物在氩气下回流3小时，并用水浴冷却至约10℃。 形成沉淀，收集并干燥，得到标题化合物，为淡黄色固体（1.4g，产率62％）。
